Job Overview:

Locally owned children's apparel brand oh baby! is looking for a few great people to join our in-store customer service team.

We are a family company with local, hands-on ownership. We design and make our own brand of children's apparel and accessories, which we sell in our own local boutiques and also distribute globally to other boutiques. Our stores are located at 50th and France, at Mall of America, and in Wayzata. We are a small team, and we offer many opportunities to work with and learn from our creative, marketing and logistics people.

We currently have opportunities at all of our locations. Our ideal team member is open to working at two or three stores as needed.

Daily tasks will include some or all of the following:

• opening the retail store, including logging into our Point-of-Sale system and related software, stocking supplies from storage as needed, and tidying;
• greeting and engaging with our customers will be the bulk of your daily activity;
• processing merchandise and managing inventory;
• closing the store, which includes restocking, cleaning, counting and preparing a deposit for cash receipts.

Other tasks may be available from time to time, including warehouse support (counting or organizing inventory, packing boxes for delivery, software systems support); store merchandising; eCommerce support.

Qualifications: We are looking for outgoing, enthusiastic individuals. No prior retail experience is needed, and we do not require a specific field of study or a degree, but we DO require an outgoing personality and enthusiasm for helping people find amazing products for babies and growing kids!
